As an advocate of t-shirt + jeans for every occasion, I cant get enough of: Big messy hair, pastel bikini top in lieu of a bra, light denim + black leather heels or boots...this is what's good for a sexy summer night...oh, + probably some hot coral lipstick to top it off.
